Samsung SCX 4521f - Paper Jam 0

Hello,

My printer (Samsung SCX 4521f ) - takes up multiple sheets at a time when attempting to print/copy and this is leading to a paper jam. I've changed the pick-up roller, but no luck !

Those who have any solution, kindly share..

with the paper sitting exposed the whole time,i have always tried a ream of fresh paper before i would changed pickup tyre.steven irvine
