I have one of these which just decides intermittantly to shut down and then turn itself back on. Updated firmware and put new surge protector on with the same results. Checked power cords and all are good. It is very sporadic and no cetain event (copy, scan, fax) causes it to do this. It can just be sitting there inactive and it does it. Any ideas?

Re: CLX-9352 rebooting
We have had a few of these, some different models like the 8640 , doing this, after revisiting this one, I noticed that the time was way off and we just changed our clocks with this DST. After setting the clocks correctly (they were all off time and all said 11-1-15 instead of the 3rd, they all seem to be working. These are very strange birds indeed.
