Samsung C8385 quality problem

Hello

I have C8385 it prints well but wipes some images/letters. Can you advise where is the problem please?.
Attached picture shows this problem.

its accross the entire middle of the page. Regardless of color. I would check the ITB/cleaner, and fixing unit. I believe these models use a AIO Laser unit. I would clean the glass on the laser cover aswell.
