I have a 9301 that has been almost trouble free for two years. Now every two weeks or so it comes up saying sensor cleaning needed. I run the CTD sensor adjustment after cleaning the sensor windows and the message goes away. The first time someone else did it and the second time it seemed like a little toner was over the widows so I put in a transfer belt cleaning unit. The last time the windows looked spotless. Anyone had any experience with this? It is only a five minute service call but it did not do this for years. I always keep the software up to date on all my Samsungs. I only have this one model so am only asking if someone else has had this issue.
9301 CTD sensor cleaning message keeps comming back.

Re: 9301 ACR- CTD sensor cleaning message keeps comming back.
So now I have gone further, it seems that the toner application of the test pattern only lands on the sensors at this point of the pattern.
After changing ITB no change, the baffle plastic below the Transferrollers charged static on the toner then falls on the sensor.
One notices how a piece of paper simply sticks to it, but visually there is no mistake. Have now installed the complete door of
another machine with door bolts and lo and behold, it is gone, so it can only be a mass problem of the door.
The defective door I have now mounted on another machine, and since I have also found the static problem again,
will now swap the transfer scooter individually, not in stock, then we'll see, had so far never had problems with Transfer Roller ,
But what else should it be .....Comment
