We don't have any. Sales is spooked to sell Samsung. I tried to tell them not to buy them but they did not listen to me. I only have a hand full but they are all running from pm part to pm part. I keep the software updated (maybe one hand full).
Haven't worked on any K7xxx series but have several X7xxx (colour verison) in my territory. It's been a really bad run. I currently have 6 pending issues that have been sent to Korea for evaluation. Weird glitches, lock-ups, and features not working properly. It really feels like this product was rushed to market and now us techs (and our customers) get to field test them for Samsung. I'm not the kind of tech to go on a rant because I get that there will always be initial problems with a new line, but in 15 years I've never seen such a bad start. Hopefully they'll get these issues sorted out...
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Hi
What kind of issues?
We are thinking of becoming the first Samsung distributor in our city. But being a small town we can not afford to get a reputation for suppling bad machinery.

I haven't worked for a Sammy dealer for a couple of years now, but my prior employer was and still is a Sammy dealer for the last 12 years or so. I had plenty of experience with the issues you described. These issues are not new to Sammy or to the launch of 1 new line. these issues are consistent with the Sammy office products period. and yes I to had several issues sent back to Korea..................
Samsung does make great smart phones and tv's though...........
