Greetings all!
Hope you are all back to work and having a gentle ease back into the wonderful world of copy-tech related headaches. lol. I have a fairly general question for anyone who would be so inclined to help a brother out. I have a customer who just purchased a clx-9301na machine from us and he just asked me how he can make the timeout to standby mode longer than 30. I have never had anyone inquire about the timer relating to the energy mode and standby, but from what I see in the settings in the web interface is the max values can only be set to 30 minutes. Is that true? Or am I missing something here? Customers goal would be to have the machine go into energy saving after the 30 minutes and into standby after 3 hours. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance!
Take care!.....now get back to work! jk..., but seriously...get back to work!
