[Misc] Samsung M5370LX

Hello my friends:

Could you please help me with this problem? As you can see in the attached file, there are black lines copying from Feeder (1st page) and glass (2nd page).

I already clean all the glass from both parts.

Any ideas?

There is a second glass under the white pad and there is a slit glass under that.

Hey by any chance is it possible to create individual user codes to see how much each person makes? Ricoh have this and was wondering if the samsung 5370 could too. Thanks!
