[Jamming] Jam Exit Sensor M3370FD

Hi,
Sorry for my english!
I've a problem on a Samsung M3370FD. The message "jam inside machine" continually it appears. I've dissasembly all the machine!! There aren't page inside and all sensor work well!
What i can i do??

Is the paper in the tray OK? Make sure there isn't some paper with a corner folded under.
Also, if you see a gray rectangle near the lead edge of the top sheet in the tray, the feed rollers may need to be cleaned or replaced.
Finally, try separating two sheets of paper using your index finger and thumb only. If that is difficult or impossible, you may have loaded bad paper in the machine.
