Greetings all!
I haven't a lot of time today...busy busy busy so I'll cut right to the chase. Can someone please shed some light as to why the 9301 model (possibly others 9201, etc.) inverts the printouts 180 degrees when printing multiple pages?? To clarify, I have a customer (old dude) who prints out his bills onto pre-printed invoices. He preps his page and lays in on the scanner bed and loads his invoices into tray one. He then copies the original ONE time and the machine prints out ONE page. Customer checks and makes sure everything lines up and decides it ok and proceeds to print out 20 more. printing ends. He takes the stack of paper from the output tray and all of the pages are printed 180 degrees inverted. I tested one other machine that I have at my store here and it is doing the same thing. Can someone verify that these machines do this? Such a strange problem.
Or am I missing something??
Thanks a million in advance.
Mitch
