Samsung scx 3200 printing and copy black page

Hello to all,
i have problem with Samsung scx 3200, print and copy black page, first I change the toner but the problem is the same.
I open it and clean the laser, and transfer roller. I tested the frist page it was write Ok, but in the other is the same problem.
I notice that the transfer roller is makes dirty with the toner.
Can someone have any idea where is the problem?
