    Firmware update locked me out, needs regression

    Updated firmware on SCX-5935fn and now it's asking for user id to use machine. Heard I need to regress the firmware but I can't find an old version.
    Anyone have old firmware for this machine they could send me?

      The version I have is SCX5835_5935_V2.01.00.56_0401113_1.01

          Have you tried admin, sec00000? Not sure if it is asking for user code or login code?

              I've tried all the logins from all the posts, it's not a matter of logging in. I can get in through machine settings and into the webpage to disable authentication and I'm still locked out and it still asks for syncthru login. Went through all of this with a Samsung rep on the phone and even he said it needs a firmware regression.

                      Yes, as stated previously. Got an older firmware and it took care of the problem.

                          I have the same problem (should have left well enough alone) as SCX5835_5935_V2.01.00.56_0401113_1.01 gave me what you describe.

                          Can you send me an older version of the Firmware for the SCX5835_5935FN?
