SAMSUNG SCX 4521F

Hello everyone.
This machine Samsung SCX 4521F displayed the message "Change Cartridge J."
I took out the ink cartridge, I cleaned, and I put it in it place, the message disappeared but somehow after a few minutes, the machine began to display the message "Warming up, please wait" and remained blocked on this message.
I do not know what can be the solution to this problem, which is why I come to you with this problem seeking an idea of what may be the solution.

remove back cover and check capacitors are not swollen on psu circuit board,this could be the problem.

Changed the SMPS board (power supply) and it solved same problem.
Think the problem is C102 & C104 capacitors on the board.
