Looking at A3 and A4 models

We have been selling Kyocera-Copystar for years and have become more than dissatisfied with their support of smaller ($1 million in sales and under) dealerships. What are your all's thoughts about the Samsung A3 and A4 models. Pricing, dealer support from Samsung, service costs, customer opinions, etc.

They did not do well for us. Now they seem to be better but sales lost all confidence and prices went up so not much incentive for customers. Only two years but three just came back for trade in after two years this week. I only have three or four in my territory but all run really good. The one I had that needed a hard drive and had a couple other issues I have not seen in over 6 months. I was not popular with the higher ups as I told them not to buy them. Now they joke about it.
