SL-C460W Cannot Pickup Paper from Tray

How do you remove the roller from SL-460 that picks-up the paper from tray?
It will not pickup paper

I have changed the pickup roller but it still won't grab the paper in the tray.
Any suggestion why?

not sure if this is the same but i had a machine that kinda remember doing the same and had to replace the frame retard section on printer. does the paper pickup from rear of machine?

The shaft where pickup roller is connected should be moving right when it prints.
In my case, the shaft does not move. When the rightmost white gears are moving, I do not see the gear connected to the shaft move at all.

You might wanna try checking the solenoid and the feed sensor.

I would look at that entire assembly that the shaft is attached to. I am pretty sure you will find that to be the problem. I think there was awrite up from samsung on that assembly.
