No papertype "label" selection for MP-tray on a X3220NR

Hello,

We installed a X3220NR. The customer wants to print labels from the MP-tray. He wanted to set the papertype to "label" (which you normally can choose from) but when he clicks on the dropdown box to select it there is no "label" present. He can choose for heavy weight, etc. but no "label". Does anyone else has this problem on a X3220NR?, see attachment

Maybe it does not support labels? I have not seen that model so I am really not sure but if it is not there than maybe it does not recommend to print labels, very strange.

I don't see a reason why it would not be supported. The machine looks like a X4 with only a touch screen of a CLX9301.

The X3220NR does support labels. The cassette tray does not support it but rather the multipurpose tray does. I have attached an extract of the page from the SM about the types of media the machine supports. That's usually the case with all Samsung MFP's.
