Could some one assist me please? i have an issue on the samsung x7500lx with account track. client is setup with account track for their Job numbers as they bill their clients for paper used. Now the problem i am having is every user needs to manually input a job number into the PC driver part when they are wanting to print. if the input is incorrect (job Number not corresponding to Account list that the user inputs manually) the job status queue says canceling job
but it does not go away. even if you manually delete this job it stays in job status can anyone help with this please i have videos to show anyone who could possibly assist in this matter Please
