    Samsung 9250

    Hello

Is it any possibility to correct imaging unit? I have 2 machines and one has Magenta Imaging Unit which has 99% but prints are reddish. M Imaging Unit from the second machine works fine. I would like to ask is it possible to correct it instead of buying a new cartridge as this has still 99% ?

Is there no buyer protection on these items? Send them back or contact Samsung Biz2Biz! They are great people and very helpful. All the best!

This machine has been given as unwanted so they did not buy this drum unit.
That is a really bad luck 99%

I would still try. what could go wrong? Worst thing they could say is no. Maybe you will get lucky and they will send you some new ones and you can send them the old ones in for control. Most of the time it works our for me this way. Hope you get the issue sorted. On another note, have you contacted your Sales Rep? He might be able to pull some strings for you. It isn't possible to reset the drum units on these machines so it is proven that you haven't tampered with them...just a thought. All the best!
