Hi everyone, I'm currently working on Samsung scx-5935nx stuck on logo, would not come to ready mode. Another tech replaced HDD but problem came back. Just wanted to know if anyone experienced in these models had any similar issues. So far I've been looking for the latest firmware all over the internet with no success. Support site does not have it listed, only shows drivers & applications softwares. Please need help finding where to get access to it or if someone has it to post me the zipped file. Thanks

I've had to replace the control board for that issue, tried HD first like you and it failed again.
Odd, I'm standing here trying to figure out why this same model won't let me edit the address book. All it says is "Some Errors were reported.
Your request failed. Please try again"

We've tried everything formatting hdd in diagnostic mode, clearing memory and initializing nvram. We were able to get it to ready mode for a short while but then it frozed again after printing a few documents from my laptop so apparently problem is still there. I know firmware has to get updated regardless if we ended up replacing main controller. So we came to find out that all of our company techs that had gspn credentials no longer have access to softwares and Samsung support site does not have it. We are now stuck with customer's machine sitting in a closet until the end of service agreement. Cannot wait for them to upgrade that machine soon.Comment
