[Jamming] CLX 6260 Jam issues

I have a couple of CLX 6260fw machines with similar issues.

Machines start jamming from tray 1 every 3 to 4 pages. I replaced all the feed/retard rollers, Retard assy ( JC93-00793A ) and feed clutch.
Firmware is up to date.

When the jam happens the paper gets just stuck enough in the feed to stay in place when the user opens the tray, but usually falls under the tray when it's being closed.
Samsung support is erm... sketchy. So any input is highly appreciated.

I've got exactly the same issue as described. i have done everything you have as well.

I know the post is old but was hoping you came right and had a solution for this issue?

The dealers solved this issue by swapping the machines with hp machines....

ANYONE invested in Samsux printers were taken..

I wouldn't put ANY of their line the DOG HOUSE for my dog to use.

sorry you got screwed..

next time do research before buying ANYTHING!
btw WE were a ASC and dealer/.

Oh don't worry about me. I'm just a tech that gets to fix the crap the dealer sells to customers. So no money lost on my part.
