Is anybody else seeing this issue? I am constantly replacing fusers on the X7400 series well under expected life. It starts with hairline cracks perpendicular to paper path. Then eventually the belt completely comes apart. It was fine when the machines were under warranty but now this is costing us money. I'm just curious if anyone is seeing this and has gotten any feedback from Samsung on the issue?

I believe there was a firmware that corrected fuser issues not sure if this applies to you but worth a check into anyway , make sure firmware is updated , I have many of these out there and have had no fuser issues as of yet
