what have you tried?

are paper trays set properly?
is paper feeding in the proper direction?
are there any errors shown?
does it do it from all trays including the MF Tray?

a little more info would be good to have

tray is set properly. only 1 tray which can only feed in from front of machine. no errors. did not try mf tray.
