[Jamming] duplex jam samsung 8240nd

somtimes not always it jam like the picture it seems the paper comes out the wrong way. it has to go in the upper duplex guide to return back in the paper feed section.

Need some adwise from the samsung gurus

looks like the divertors are flipping to the right position.. manually move them and check to see if something is stopping the gate. make sure sensor arms are not out of position and the springs are in place.

I had one like this. I don't have a Samsung like this one I had so don't remember the model number. There was a clutch in behind the fuser. Had to take a few parts off back to get to it but cleaning it made it stop jamming. They bought a canon before I could put in the clutch, was in another techs territory.

Costumer say after replacing the paper it dosent jam anymore thank you at all
