Hello all, we have one of these at the field. I am able to print and access the web interface. The display shows only Samsung logo and never to goes to ready. I don't have the admin password so I cannot
update firmware. Is there another way to update firmware? Since I can access the web interface, that should mean the main board is working. Thank you for your help.

For All Samsung model: User Name: admin
Password: admin123. don't forget the period at the end

Also to get into Service Maint. mode: hold down 1 2 3 simutaneously
then enter : 1934

The password for admin access is not a fixed value. When you set the machine up the dealer defines the password for admin access. But everything else is true in the above post. If you can print and access web portal then most likely it's a panel issue. Samsung's are weird in that they have an OS running on their panels separately then main OS. Makes for annoying troubleshooting, but once you know you can figure it out. I'm going to guess you're going to need to replace the panel since that particular model doesn't use the Android operating system on the panel so you can't just re-flash it.
