I've got a couple of sl-C4060's where some customisation on the screen layout was done by a local dealer. Some apps were added, a divider line was added etc etc. Now the client wants to reset everything back to default. Dealer unfortunately doesn't do Samsung any more.
I tried to do a complete reset, but the screen layout remained the same.
Is there a way to reset the screen layout?
and for future reference, is there an easy way to customise the layouts of these machines?
There's nothing about this in the service manual and I couldn't find anything in the user manual about this.
