    Samsung X7400LX developing error

    Hi guys,
    My problem is with samsung X7400 developing unit giving an error code of C8-431G which is cyan toner replenishment problem. We've had a lot of machines having the same problem and sometimes newly installed machines with only 5K to 10K total impressions. Tried changing the toner reservoir unit and cyan dev unit as well but problem will come later again. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks....

          Is the toner reaching the dev unit? Try cleaning out the path the toner has to make to reach the dev. If all seems to work well I remember doing a couple of back to back calibrations before the machine was happy with the toner values.

          Otherwise... Phil B.'s comment is the way to go.
