Trying to bacup everything on all of ourSamsung copiers as having a lot of HDD failures
I tried backup in "Bacup and Restore". nothing mentioned address book but i selected all items anyway
I reset machine
When i restored backup the address book did not carry over
Luckily this was just a test so its not a problem yet but I will need to backup address book as well
I cant find anywhere. I dont think I have ever worked on a copier that couldnt backup the address book so i know it must be an option i just can not find it
