Samsung SL-M4072fd Copies and Prints OK Autoreports come out blank

They brought this machine to the shop for blank copies and prints U2-1113 Error, such an error relates to the LSU unit, before changing it we decided to take it out and open it to see the inside (usually we find cockroaches and such), this time we found little ants,

I took out the mirror motor and vacummed the whole thing and cleaned the rest of the machine, reassembled and now the machine produces great copies and prints but not reports, usage reports and DEMo for instance come out completly blank. I don't think it's the LSU since copies and prints are OK.

Any idea is welcomed.

You could try to initialize the machine via tech mode...
