You must update fw through syncthru. Probably ope FW did not loaded properly

thank but not possible update from syncas seen from the screen that I attach

i think that C9201 have another fw and procedure for fw update but i not have a fw c9201 and service manual , olnly clx9201

If your machine stuck on Samsung Logo after fw update like you mentioned at the title then you can update firmware from SyncThru. If do not know if there is another way.

yes not have a icon to uptade fw in sync

i think that C9201 have different procedure to update fw form usb but not find a service manual , only CLX9201

Because there are no fw upload button!!! You must load it differently. If I good remember from maintenance.
