Samsung 9301 error code A1-4310

Hi guys, I have been asked to look at a Samsung 9301 for a customer with the A1-4310 error code which according to online searches sounds like its the ITB drive motor error?? The transfer belt has done 90% of its life, so am i just looking at replacing the ITB or is it more sinister?

Ohh and how do i change the ITB?

Clean the sensor on the itb (transfer), it is inside the screen in the zone of the big white wheel.
