hey. Vigour how is going? I had sent you a private message, I need a copy of the recovery file for the samsung 9301 since my boss has misplaced the one that I had now I have this machine with a bad HDD and need to replaced it can you please help me with this one more time.

hello, thank you everyone who have been helping out I am in a desprate situation now, I have just reformatted the HD and not knowing that i am not able to get back the OS.

i've been to the FTP, but just not able to get the 3 files needed for reinstalling the OS. pls email me at meareins@gmail.com please... many thanks.. i am using CLX 9310

If there is a 9310 , I cannot find it. Do you mean 9301

ive had 2 that have also required the UI firmware updated but mainly its just been the HDD

the funny thing is the rebadged HP version has a HDD but its not even plugged in

The samsung printers have no internal maintenance on the HDD. So overtime and use they just slow and die.There's no error check, no defrag, so eventually they just need formatting. Can only guess why samsung designed it like this. The HP's seem to have EMMC cards attached 1 for each board, and some sort of internal error checking. So are a bit better in that respects.

If only the HP firmware wasn't permanently broken.

ive already had to replaced a HP HDD so dont get to excited.

until the release their own generation instead of a rebadge they will remain as buggy as the Samsucks
