    C1860 not booting ,long waiting

    Hi,
    My Samsung C1860 printer is not booting,some times showing error message "UI Commnication error."
    please advice.

      what was done to it previous to kicking this error message

          I am technician,because of light printouts I cleaned laser unit,after that is error coming.

              How did you clean the laser?
