We are not a Samsung dealer, but we are replacing a Samsung SL-K4350 with one of our machines. Can anyone tell us how to wipe the hard drive on one of these models? The customer is requesting that we do this for them before sending it back to the leasing company. Also, is there a way to reset these machines to factory defaults? Thanks!

just enter the pre boot menu and format then load recovery firmware followed by standard firmware
i wouldnt call it a secure wipe but it will take it back to factory settings
I dont have that firmware before you ask lol but even just formatting it and let the leasing company worry about reloading firmware. just act dumb if they ask you about it, those hdd fail all the time lol
