Hello I am trying to enter the service mode of this model but it appears machine is busy. The Machine cant copy or scan

i havent worked on that model but i recall seeing the message referring to machine being busy when i tried to enter service mode and i just ignored it and carried on touch and holding on the message and it allowed me to enter service mode.

dont know if the same procedure on a Multixpress c9201
