Samsung sl-m3870 and 3370 airprint

good evening everyone, I have a problem with the samsung 3370 and 3870 multifunctional.

When I go to print from my iphone via airprint I go to look for thick paper from the MF tray.

I have updated the firmware to the latest version available.

How can I solve the problem?
