X3220NR show lines on print + top of the page

Hello,

We have a customer that has a samsung X3220NR that show greenish stripes on the page. I have changed the belt / drums. I even ran color registration, but still i have these stripes. Does anyone have any ideas?

One of your developer unit is running out of developer. Check Cyan

You should always get customer to print CYMK pages for testing, as this will tell you the condition of each individual colour.

As above, this looks like a developer problem.
