Samsung X7600LX Error M2-2112

Hi,
This printer Samsung X7600LX gives error M2-2112 when doing duplex prints. The paper stops in the exit assembly when going back for the duplex print. Can someone help?

Hi, try to enter SVC mode and execute the Duplex1/Duplex2 sensor test, to see if the sensors are working correctly.
