C4062FX log in password

I have a customer with a 4062 from a company that went out of business. I need to change the IP. The only log in info that I can find is admin and sec00000 for the password. That's not working from the machine or the web. I don't really work on too many of these so I don't want to get myself into trouble if I do a reset .
Is there any other way to get to the network settings? Thanks for any help.

If you know the MAC address of the machine, you can use the MS DOS arp -s command. Open a DOS window and type arp -? and you will see the explanations for arp.
