[Misc] M4580fx initialize or reset main board

Hi All,

I have a few Samsung devices where the client is using equitrac (print management solution). The devices where working perfectly until the software was embedded.

We are now trying to remove this embedded software from the machine and not having any luck.

• Removed and replaced HDD
• Removed Bios Battery and Memory
• tried firmware but we are unable to get input the password.

Basically it seems like this software is installed on the main board. Is the any way or firmware hard initialize or reset main board on this model?

Reset to Factory defaults from service menu
Format from pre-boot menu
Remove device from your network and rebuild.
