Samsung X4250 - Firmware Update Failure #61-1H09 error.

Have a Samsung SL-X4250lx that has disabled printing/copying. From I can see this has been disabled because of a jam.
Have gone into service mode to use the clear jam wrap but can't because it isn't showing.
Tried to update the firmware but get get a Firmware Update Failure #61-1H09 error.
I have tried another hard drive and main pcb but no success.
Does anyone know what causes this error?

This is not in the standard format of the Samsung error codes.

I'd suggest wipe and full rebuild from scratch.

Copier has been traded in and now going to be scrapped.
