[Error Code] Samsung K7400GX development unit Failure: #C8-131G

Hi,

I'm having a problem with Samsung K7400GX, first show supplying and mixing toner to develoer, then show development unit Failure: #C8-131G, I exchanged another development unit ( from working machine), after print a few papers, the error showed again.

I'm hopeful someone can help me!

Check toner supply. Change the toner cartridge 1st. If that doesn't fix it, then look at the toner feed motor or the supply tube it could be clogged.
