Samsung 1640 toner empty message

Hi Bro,

I use refill cartrige for Samsung ML-1640. The machine throw out error with toner cartrige (the toner empty light blingking) so it doesn't print at all.

Please any body help me to reset refill cartrige for Samsung ML-1640.

I believe that cartridge needs the reset fuse replaced when you add toner. The starter cartridges did not have a fuse but you should be able to locate a fuse holder on the front of the cartridge.

Hi there,
I see there's a fuse at one end of the cartridge about 65mA. It's dificult to find a fuser suit to it, can we replace with an other fuser? and with kind of fuser can reset the toner?

The company that sold you the refill toner should sell the reset fuse to you as well. Electronic supply businesses should have similar fuses.

80ml fuse will do also inside manchine copper terminals bend forward this should sort your problem out

you must replace chip on the cartridge for remanufacturing(i think starter cartridges do not have chips ).new cartridges(clp 310/315;ml 1640;ml2240;scx4300) have two kind of chip solutinons for being remanufactured.One is for putting a chip(u must replace the aftermarket chip once and solve the problem endlessly)on mainboard and the other way is new aftermarket chips will be on cartridge(this way is very difficult and suppliers work on it and i heart someone solved it).
