    Samsung MultiXpress CL-x7500

    I have a Samsung CL-X7500 stuck on boot screen. I seen another issue here on the forum and was wondering if this is the same issue with the OP Main or just loading the boot Firmware?

    New to Samsung so everything is green to me. Thank you in advanced.

      In my experience that usually indicates the HDD needs to be replaced. You'll need a 320GB 2.5" drive and the HDD image firmware (different than incremental firmware files).
      Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
