Samsung CLX-6260FR transfer belt not rotating

Client told me it jammed and he removed paper, but it jams every time now..

So i brought it in shop to examine.

The paper gets to transfer belt and then folds there couple of times.
I marked the gears on transfer belt and it seems it does not rotate...
Took it out turned it by hand - everything OK!
On main drive both motors rotate.

I left back door open and cheated door switch. Then printed internal info page.
It went straight to fuser and exited correctly, only the transfer belt did not rotate

Anyone has seen smth like that? Should I inspect main drive gears?

Check the transfer belt engage motor.
Replace belt?


If belt was not rotating then it would be expected in the print process for excess toner to buid up on the belt as it wouldn't be cleaning. if the belt looks clean, then it is probably rotating?
