    K7600

    Long time Sharp guy here.....we have picked up an account with a Samsung K7600. Original dealership is no longer around.

    With the Gmail change they can no longer scan and I cannot get to SMTP settings.

    To access the web interface I have tried

    admin
    sec00000

    admin
    1111

    admin
    11111

    None of these work. I know how to get to the service menu by pressing 1,2,and 3, but at this point I don't know the 4 digit number to get into the service menu.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Sadly, there is no default password. It is created by the tech when he sets up the machine. If the customer doesn't have a record of it then the only way to get past it is to do a factory reset in service mode. Then it will walk you through the initial setup and you can create an admin password at that time.
    Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

      The service menu password is 1934
      Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
