    CLX-4190 no color, K only

Buddy of mine has a Samsung CLX-4190 which suddenly stopped color printing. K is coming, but anything in color is making blank sheets without a trace of toner. Didn't see the MFP yet but would like if possible some information in advance please if this problem is known and what to do.

I'm an KonicaMinolta Indy, so by nature a noob regarding Samsung. Help please

    ITB belt no engaging properly?

Do a jam test remove ITb and see if image is printed on ITB.

Thanks, do you have for me a technical manual for this beauty?

        Unfortunately, not for this model.

It should be very similar as the CLX-6260FW and SL-C1860FW in design I believe (i think it also uses the JC96-06514A?). You can view the transfer belt by removing the toner tray (this just unclips).

If you want to remove the ITB belt, from memory, the tray needs removing and it pulls out from the back. On the 6260FW this involved removing the side cover and rear cover. There is a hook at the front that unclips, and the cable is at the back, and the unit lifts out.
