I just placed a new CLX 8380ND MFP and am having trouble with the scan to email function.
Having the IT guy there and all the tricks he knows has not been helpful.
Spoke with Samsung support and it's getting kicked up a level but we wont hear from them until tomorrow.
Just wondering if anyone out there has any experience with this issue and what you did to resolve.
Scanning to a computer and sending from there as attachement is not a desireable workaround.
