Resetting ITU on Samsung CLP-510

Hello,

a customer of ours has a Samsung CLP-510 color laser printer. We replaced its image transfer unit, but since we are a Sharp/KM/Brother dealer we do not know how to actually reset the unit. It still displays the message that it needs its itu replaced.

Any input would be appreciated

Problem solved. The tech who asked me to post this has given me false information. The machine simply needs a new drum. Can be closed
