I have just installed a CLX-6220FN at a church who is running their weekly bulletin through this copier. The legal size bulletins are preprinted on one side so they just print on the side without print on it. It is mostly just used for BW. The paper will frequently jam in different parts of the machine. I know that samsung has written in the user's manual that certain preprinted paper may not work correctly because of how it is printed. I can almost guarantee that is the cause. Knowing that, my question is does anyone know of any adjustments that can be made to the machine to try to make this paper run.We have sold Samsung for over 2 years now so we have some decent experience with these machines. I don't recall their being a fuser heat setting anywhere. Any feedback is appeciated!
