    SAMSUNG CLX-8380 IU problem

    Hi,

    We have encountered a developer leaking on black IU, then we replaced the the Black IU then it started to be working fine but after 2 months the same problem started again (in the black IU)..

    Your ideas are greatly appreciated..

      What level is the firmware? Samsung came out with a bulletin about replacing the HVPS, registration assembly and clutch, all the IU's, wastetoner bottle, and upgrading the firmware. This was only supposed to be models manufactured before Dec 2008 i think. But we've had all sorts of problems with those IU's, i would say that 98% of them dont last to their potential due to problems.
