Hello.
Issue: Random scans are received as a blank page. Original document has an image but shows up as a blank page when viewed at a PC.
ex: Scanning a 10 page job. Page 1,2,3 are okay, page 4 is blank (original has an image). Remainder of the document will scan correctly.
This occurs randomly (could be any page) so it presents an inconvenience to the customer by having to verify that every page was scanned correctly.
The scanner is set up using Network Scan utility.
I have re-installed drivers, net scan, and firmware. Memory clear, nvram initialized.
